SureCommerce ("we", "our", "the Product") is a self-hosted Laravel ecommerce platform sold via CodeCanyon. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the context of:

surecommerce.dreamteams.cloud) - The live demo environment (
demo.surecommerce.dreamteams.cloud) - The SureCommerce software itself, when installed by a buyer on their own server
Because SureCommerce is self-hosted, buyers are responsible for the privacy practices of their own stores. This policy covers what we collect as the product author.

2.1 Landing Page Visitors
When you visit this landing page, standard web server logs may record:

The SureCommerce software itself (when installed by a buyer) integrates with Stripe, PayPal, and VNPay for payment processing. Buyers are responsible for their own compliance with these providers' terms.
6. Data Retention
Web server logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes. Support correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry. Demo data is reset periodically (at minimum every 30 days).
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
This product and landing page are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
