SureCommerce is sold exclusively on CodeCanyon (Envato Market) and is governed by the Envato Regular License unless otherwise stated.

1. License Type
SureCommerce is sold under the Envato Regular License. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees. The license is perpetual — you can use the version you purchased forever.
2. What Counts as One End Product
One "end product" means one deployed website or application. Examples:
- Allowed — single license: You build and launch one online store for your own business.
- Allowed — single license: An agency builds one store for one client. The client can use it, but the agency cannot reuse the same license for another client.
- Requires new license: Building a second store for a second client. Each deployment requires its own license.
3. Source Code & Modifications
You receive the full, unencoded Laravel source code. You may:
- Modify any file to suit your project needs
- Add new features or integrations
- Change the design and branding
- Remove modules you do not need
Modifications do not grant you additional license rights. You still may not redistribute the modified code.
4. Updates
You are entitled to download all future updates to SureCommerce released within 6 months of your purchase date, at no additional cost, via your CodeCanyon account downloads. Updates after this period may require an extended support purchase.
5. Support
Every purchase includes 6 months of author support. Support is provided via your CodeCanyon account (Comments or Private Messages). Support covers:
- Answering questions about how to use the product
- Bug reports and fixes
- Help with installation and configuration
Support does not cover custom development, third-party plugin integration, or modifications to your specific setup.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
SureCommerce is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The author does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use SureCommerce, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
